Expecting a package? (test service)

If a package is on its way to us without your name on it, tell us its tracking number here. When that number is scanned in at our Florida warehouse it will be matched to your account automatically, and we will email you that evening. This is a test service and may become a paid service later.

Please read before using this. Several thousand packages can arrive in a day. It is impossible for a person to look out for one, so matching is done automatically by the tracking number alone. If the number you enter is even one character out, it cannot be found. Many carriers, especially last mile delivery companies, re-label parcels or use a different number from the one you were given, so we cannot guarantee a match. You are responsible for entering the correct number, and Max Shipping is not responsible if a package is missed. Entries are kept for 60 days.
